We charge on 15-minute intervals, with a 30-minute minimum for on site responses

We will respond to service requests via email within 4 hours between the hours of 7am and 7pm M-F
We will respond to service requests via telephone within 90 minutes between the hours of 7am and 7pm M-F
We do not have an SLA for off hours; however all support given during off hours is charged at the base rate, no premium is added. These SLA's can be customized to suit your needs
